Trying to get back into exercise and take advantage of the warm mild winter (although it's really cold and windy today!). We have taken the double stroller out for walks a few times. The kids love it! We are dealing with a virus here at the moment. Austin had a 24 hour fever and we thought that was all it was but here a few days later he has a slight cough and Evie has had the fever now for almost 48 hours. Hopefully she will be over it soon. We did let her have her first taste of a popsicle and unlike Austin (baby Austin), she likes the grape flavored liquid medicine...sucked it right off the spoon. She had her 6 month appt and was 15.6# (40%tile), 26.5 inch (78%) and overall weight/length 12% so the doc says she has a long ways to go before she is obese. She fell in the charts a bit but was still on the same growth curve so our doc wasn't concerned. However, with that in mind and the fact that she has seemed really hungry with Mel starting a bit of walking....we decided to let her eat a bit more formula supplement (8-10 ounces/day up from 6 ounces/day) as it seems milk supply may be a bit lacking these days. Ken is busy working like crazy before his big Mexico start-up so nothing much else is going on.
