Adventure Aquarium 3-14-10

It was a rainy, dreary weekend but we tried to make the best of it and yesterday we headed to Adventure Aquarium. The aquarium was just over the bridge from Philly in Camden, NJ. Here is a cool view of Philly with the fog:

Pretty neat seeing this Hippo! He was just floating up and down against the glass. We were going to get Austin's picture in front with the hippo, but it was too crowded. Austin was also scared!!

They had several "touch" stations which was fun for him.

He also thought it was great fun sticking his head in the cut outs!!

Touching the sharks. After a few touches, he got a little spooked!

He kept saying "Fishies" and was just so captivated by the fish, sharks, starfish...

We took this picture because the Megalodon was so huge. Also, Ken said at one of the job sites he was working at last year, they kept finding Megalodon teeth!! Pretty cool :)

Favorite picture of the day: Walking through the shark tunnel, Austin was pretty thrilled with the sharks swimming overhead. He would shout "shark!" Fun times indeed.
